What Are The Return Policies?

We try our best to accurately describe our beauty products as thoroughly as possible to aid our customers in making their purchasing decisions.  However, we understand that seeing a beauty product online is sometimes different from seeing the same product in person.  If you feel that the beauty product(s) you received does not meet your needs or expectations, we accept returns.

60 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want all our customers to purchase from our online beauty store with confidence. We accept returns within 60 days of purchase.  Items are not eligible for a refund after 60 days. 

The details of our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee are as follows:

  • The item being returned must be in new and unused condition;
  • The item must be returned in its original retail packaging, with all hangtags attached, instructions, brochures, parts and accessories (if applicable) to qualify for a full refund of the product price plus applicable taxes;
  • If an item being returned appears to be used and/or is missing any of its original components and packaging materials, the order may be subject to a restocking fee.  The restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise;
  • Products returned in unsellable condition will not receive a refund;
  • The original shipping charges of the order are not refundable;
  • The return shipping charges will not be reimbursed; 
  • Any item that originally shipped free to a customer (under a free shipping promotion), will be credited the product price plus applicable taxes less our incurred shipping cost; and
  • The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Damaged Or Defective Beauty Products

We take pride in our reputation for our quality and value.  However, on rare occasions, a defective product may be shipped to you accidentally or damaged while in transit.  If you have received a damaged/defective product, we will happily provide you with a refund or replace the item for you at no additional cost.  You have 60 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund or replacement of the damaged/defective item.

What Are The Return & Replacement Procedures?

If you would like to return an item or replace a damaged/defective product, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into the "My Account" section of our website.
  2. In the "Track Your Recent Orders" section of your account, click on the "View Details" link beside the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return or replace.
  3. Once you are on the page viewing the order, click the "Add New RMA" button.  RMA refers to Return Merchandise Authorization.
  4. Choose the number of items you wish to return or replace in the "Order Items" section.
  5. In the "Order Return Options" section, choose the reason and method for the return or replacement.
  6. In the "Comments" field, write the specific reason for requesting a return or how the product(s) is damaged/defective.
  7. Click the "Save RMA" button.  Your RMA number will be displayed.  Write down the RMA number is case you need to contact us regarding the return or replacement.  An email will be sent to you confirming that a RMA has been created. 
  8. We will send you an email with important instructions.  Do not ship the item(s) until you receive an authorization email from us for the RMA.
  9. After you receive the authorization email, securely pack the unwanted product(s) or the damaged/defective item(s) (along with all of its original components and packaging materials) into a box suitable for shipping.  Write the RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box containing the returned product(s).
  10. Mail the product(s) with a copy of the order invoice (with the RMA written at the top) to: Outerbeauty Cosmetics Inc., Suite 362, 185-9040 Blundell Road, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada V6Y 1K3
  11. We will issue the refund promptly or ship the replacements of the damaged/defective product(s) to you after we receive the returned item(s).

Please note:

  • The refund or replacement of a damaged/defective item(s) will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) back;
  • It may take additional time for the refund to show up on your credit card or Paypal account;
  • All return shipping charges for unwanted products must be prepaid by the customer.  We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries; and
  • Ensure that we receive the returned item(s) within 60 days from the purchase date to receive a refund or replacement of the damaged/defective item(s).

Do You Accept Exchanges?

We currently do not accept exchanges.  Please return the unwanted product(s) according to the details of our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee & follow the return procedures above.  Submit another online order for the product(s) that you want.
