Shipping Information

Are All Products Available To Be Shipped?

The availability of a product is listed in the "Price And Availability" box on the product details page.  In general, most items are "In Stock" and available to be shipped.  Some items may occasionally be "Out of Stock".  When an item is not "In Stock", the "ADD TO CART" button will be replaced with the "PUT ME ON THE WAITING LIST" button.

In Stock Items

Orders for In Stock items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.  Items are shipped once the ordered products are located, payment is received, and the shipping address is verified.  The expected shipment time of 1-2 business days refers to when the order leaves our warehouse.  It does not refer to when the order will arrive at the final shipping destination.  Delivery times vary depending on where the package is being shipped to and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian and US federal holidays.

Backorders & Out Of Stock Items

Our aim is to keep all the products offered on our website in stock.  However, if you have placed an order with an out-of-stock product, we will notify you by phone or email.  We may suggest an alternative, inform you when new stock will be ready to be shipped and/or give you an opportunity to cancel the product from your order.  The order total, taxes and shipping costs (if any) will be readjusted to reflect the product cancellation.

Out-of-stock items can not be added to the shopping cart.  If you wish to be informed when the item is restocked and available for purchase, you may add your name to the product's waiting list.  The waiting list button is located on the product details page of the out-of-stock item.  A pop up box will appear requesting your name, phone number and valid email address.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Depending on where the order is shipped to, we currently use a combination of United States Postal Service (USPS) and Canada Post to ship our parcels.

Shipping Methods For Beauty Products

International Customers: All orders will be shipped by USPS.  There are 3 options:

  • USPS First-Class Mail International: please allow 14-31 business days for your order to be delivered;
  • USPS Priority Mail International: please allow 6-10 business days for your order to be delivered; or
  • USPS Express Mail International (EMS): please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.

U.S. Customers: All orders will be shipped by USPS.  There are 3 options:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered;
  • USPS Priority: please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered; or
  • USPS Express: please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered.

Canadian Customers:  Orders are shipped by Canada Post and USPS.  There are 2 options:

  • Canada Post Expedited: please allow 2-13 business days for your order to be delivered; or
  • USPS First-Class Mail International: please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be delivered.

By default, all Canadian orders will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited.  If you would like us to ship your order by USPS First-Class Mail International, click on the "Display Rates" link in the Shipping Method box of the One Page Checkout. 

Packages shipped by USPS to Canadian customers will be shipped from the United States. You will be responsible for any potential duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees charged by Canada Customs.  There are no charges by Canada Customs if your order is shipped by Canada Post.

Please note: The delivery estimations do NOT include the 1-2 business days required to fill your order.

How Much Does It Cost To Ship My Order?

International Customers

To obtain a shipping quote for your order, enter the city, country, province/state and postal/zip code into the Shipping Information box on the One Page Checkout.  All 4 fields must be correctly completed to display a valid shipping quote.

If the shipping quote does not appear correct or does not automatically display on the One Page Checkout, reenter the shipping information and click the "Refresh Rates" link in the Shipping Method box.

U.S. Customers

Orders over $99 USD will receive FREE shipping within the United States.  Orders are shipped using the most economical method as selected by our warehouse.  Most orders are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail.

If you prefer to receive your order faster, you may select another method of shipping.  Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.  To select a quicker method of shipping, click the "Display Rates" link on the "Shipping Method" box of the One Page Checkout.  The order total will automatically adjust to reflect the change.

Orders under $99 USD will incur a shipping charge.  To determine the shipping cost, enter your zip code into the "Calculate Shipping" box of the shopping cart and click on the "Go!" button.  The shipping cost also appears in the "Shipping Method" box of the One Page Checkout after you complete your city, country, state and zip code in the "Shipping Information" box.

Canadian Customers

Orders over $99 USD will receive FREE shipping within Canada.  Orders are shipped using the most economical method as selected by our warehouse.  Most orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited. 

Orders under $99 USD will incur a shipping charge.  Please view the shipping chart below to determine the shipping cost for your order:

Shipping costs within Canada are expensive.  We already subsidize a portion of the shipping cost for all our Canadian customers. 

We also offer the more economical option of USPS First-Class Mail International.  We mail the parcel from the United States back to Canada.  To select this option, click the "Display Rates" link in the "Shipping Method" box of the One Page Checkout.  The USPS First-Class Mail International option will appear.  If you select this option, the order total will automatically readjust to reflect the change.


Please note:  If you select the USPS shipping option, you will be responsible for any potential duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees charged by Canada Customs.


Can I Track My Parcel?

Depending on which shipping method you select, tracking information may be available for your order.

International Customers:

  • USPS First-Class Mail International: no tracking number is provided;
  • USPS Priority Mail International: a tracking number is provided; and
  • USPS Express Mail International (EMS): a tracking number is provided.

U.S. Customers: 

  • USPS First-Class Mail: a tracking number is provided;
  • USPS Priority: a tracking number is provided; and
  • USPS Express: a tracking number is provided.

Canadian Customers:  

  • Canada Post Expedited: a tracking number is provided; and
  • USPS First-Class Mail International: no tracking number is provided.

To view your issued tracking number (if applicable), login to "My Account" on our website.  You will be able to view your order history (such as information about open orders, tracking numbers, and past orders).

Please note: a tracking number may not be provided to orders that qualify for free shipping or shipping discounts.  We reserve the right to ship the parcel using the most economical method to help save on our shipping costs.  Lower shipping costs equate to lower product prices for our customers.
